Criminal expungement under Minn. Stat. chapter 609A can seal qualifying criminal records from public view, but the Judicial Branch notes that eligibility does not guarantee relief. A person reviewing Fillmore court records should also expect redactions for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, party street addresses, minor information, confidential medical data, and other protected fields.
